Employee engagement globally sits at 21% – matching pandemic-era lows. The average job search now takes six months. People feel stuck between staying in roles that drain them and facing a difficult job market.
Meanwhile, middle management is being eliminated, leaving employees without support or clear career paths. The pressure to “just be more resilient” ignores that many workplace issues are structural, not personal.
Employees need tools to see their situations clearly and make informed choices – not to be told they need to try harder.

I’m an Occupational Psychologist and Grounded Confidence Coach specialising in workplace confidence coaching and leadership development who believes every person has leadership potential waiting to be unlocked.
My story: I have opened and run a cafe, I have led fintech teams, and I am a mother. I went back to university in 2020 to earn my MSc in Occupational Psychology, after seeing high levels of frustration in the workplace. I’ve seen how workplace confidence – paired with genuine competence – determines who gets to truly lead and create positive change. This insight led me to specialise in professional confidence coaching that develops both the skills and the confidence to use them.
My mission: Help people develop grounded confidence and discover the leader within themselves – whether they want to create impact as an influential contributor or progress to formal management roles.
